We pick up and deliver Monday through Friday (except when the week day is a holiday)
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, you can deliver your pet or pick him up at the Granja la Luna during our opening hours.
When you have arranged for your pet to be picked up or returned to you by our delivery truck, the time of the pick up or delivery will depend on the route the truck has taken. The route varies daily.
If we pick up two animals at the same address, we charge for only one transportation.
Transportation services are not subject to discounts.

Your pet’s stay at Granja la Luna includes:

Food: Dry animal food, such as Advance Performance, of top quality brands used by Granja la Luna Tinned food for animals that do not eat dry food.
Daily cleaning of your pet’s cage. Litter for cats. Animals are covered by an insurance policy for civil responsibility. Veterinarian services: The animals are treated free of charge by our veterinarian only while they are staying at Granja la Luna and basically for small problems that could arise while they are with us. Application of simple treatments prescribed by your veterinarian.

Your pet’s stay at Granja la Luna does not include:
Food that is different from what Granja la Luna provides. Bathing of dogs. This service is charged separately and costs between 15 and 20 euros. Hair dressing of dogs and cats. Animal training: Please ask us about this service. Veterinarian emergencies: If your pet should become ill, we will contact you or your veterinarian as soon as possible. If necessary, we will contact a trusted veterinarian emergency clinic. If the illness is due to causes that have nothing to do with Granja la Luna, then the veterinarian expenses will be charged to the pet’s owner. Transportation.
